As a counselor, I was in charge of leading groups of children/counselors/alternately abled adults each week through traditional summer camp activities. I worked extensively with developmentally delayed campers and learned how to handle a variety of situations and better interact with a broad range of people....

How would you describe your time at Appalachian State?
It took me a while to decide what I wanted to do with my life. After nearly completing a degree in history I switched fields completely and enrolled in the art department. I have since completed my degree in graphic design and am very excited about the prospect of designing for a living.
