How would you describe your time at Suncoast Technical Recruiting?
Varied --- provided a range of contract Technical Recruiting services and Human Resources consulting for mostly large corporate environments. Often I am brought in for a specific project (such as staff 5 PeopleSoft ERP folks, or 8 Java/J2EE developers) and then they keep me for other needs. I am an ex-software engineer turned recruiter so I have a solid IT background (business applications, hardware/software, database, networks, telecom) that candidates as well as hiring managers can relate to. I have expert sourcing skills and can find the "need in the hay stack" via my advanced "flipping the net" techniques....
