*Designed and drew a new cargo floor system and toolings using Solidworks (2000 hrs)
*Coordinated production and design documents and changes with suppliers and vendors
*Searched new materials and suppliers, and negotiated prices.
*Prepared reports, meetings and action plans about projects status to determine problems to be solved
*Helped preparing maintenance manuals MMS for Q400MR aircraft
