Direct sales of ORG Sales Verticals for EMEA region. This include product positioning and direct marketing of ORG's Billing and OSS Platforms, Value added Services for GSM/CDMA operators, Broadband Services, Next Generation Wireless Networks, VSATs, Consultancy & Infrastructure services etc Direct Sales of Complete Turnkey CDMA Solutions Direct Sales and Managed services of Complete Turnkey Value Added Services Products along with Content. These Include Pitching the right Mix of ORG's in house developed VAS products like Ringback Tones, SMS based Products, GPRS VAS Products, IVR based Products, Content provision/aggregation etc. Key accounts Management Development of new sales opportunities with new/existing customers and/or market segments for EMEA. Creates leads through networking. Identify, shapes and converts business opportunities in line with corporate strategies and targets. Business development activities with new markets. This involves working on Large Corporates as well as on End Enterprise Customers and also establishes, manage and enlarge an efficient sales partners/agents for selling ORG solutions. Also, active involvement in other business development activities such as managing existing contract obligations, developing follow-on equipment orders, and negotiating change of scope to existing contracts etc. Play a key role in forging strategic global alliances & partnerships for the organization. Direct Sales and Presales of various STM VSAT technologies. This involves working across multiple project/product lines with product system architecture and development tasks through coordinated efforts with World-wide Sales team, targets prospective buyers in current accounts and participates in the sales and customer relationship management process by providing technical expertise/demonstrations to meet assigned revenue and non-sales objectives. Management of strategic Key Accounts, by acting as a primary customer interface through development, deployment, and support phases of the program. Developing business, sales and understanding amongst the PSU and Govt sector clients for the products of the company. This involves presenting customised techno-commercial solutions & developing effective relations in government /PSU sector. Primary Interface for forming consortium/MoU with Indian Govt. and Quasi Govt. companies/depts and to develop efficient channel for sales in Govt. and PSUs. Pre tender activities. This involves preparation of bids for large projects above 8 million US $ across the globe. Also to do market research in terms of competition pricing, product strength, specifications and to generate a database to tap the competition to make a winning proposal. Proposal making in response to formal and informal customer enquires and participate with customers in identifying applications and strategic business solutions. Preparing presentations, Customer training, bids/tenders preparation and to work closely with financial and other staff for contractual and customer management procedures and for engineering customer support. Operational support (After Sales Support) of customer networks using STM Wireless's VSAT networks products by evaluating customer requirements against the VSAT product capabilities. Additionally, to recommend configuration changes and upgrades in addition to traditional trouble shooting of customer problems. Liaise with customers and vendors as required to manage day-to-day operational issues. Project Management and Execution. This involves Project planning, Execution, Material and logistics handling, site survey and to oversee & manage a project. Design, Installation and Implementation of Networking and Earth Station facilities for different STM customers (On need basis)....
