How would you describe your time at Transplace?
??? Responsible for all aspects of planning annual convention for 250 attendees including: site selection, contract negotiation, vendor selection, speaker liaison, hotel inventory management, marketing development, staff scheduling, food and beverage selection, catering staff liaison, meeting room layout, charity golf tournament, charity dinner and raffle, on-site management of event, invoice reconciliation and payment, etc.
??? Facilitate spring, fall and miscellaneous sales meetings for 25 to 35 individuals including site selection, agenda, hotel inventory, attendee travel, food and beverage, on-site management, etc.
??? Coordinate all aspects of convention exhibit space including booth site selection, contract execution, utility and accessory ordering, shipment of booth and necessary support items, travel for booth personnel and occasionally staff booth
??? Manage all company logo merchandise selection, ordering, storage and distribution
??? Manage company store inventory and facilitate orders from departments and individuals
??? Administrative duties for EVP & CMO including scheduling of meetings and travel, liaison for media and public relations firm, annual convention budgeting, etc....
