ICC was paperless, so everthing was entered via fax, mail or email. I enter applications onto ICC's computer program, answered agent's questions and vendor questions. Company downsized department, position eliminated.

I was a remote underwriter, working from home, with crop insurance. This company was based in Des Moines, IA. I trouble shot agent questions and errors via phone, entered data onto computer, Microsoft Word and Excel. Company was sold and my position was eliminated.

I worked with crop insurance as an underwriter. I trouble shot computer and agent problems, answered phone calls, worked within state and federal guidlines, worked with Microsoft Word and Excel programs, mail machines, and fax machines. Company closed department and office.
