How would you describe your time at OBC Development?
I started with this company literally from the ground up. I was in charge of all -pre construction leasing as the property was being constructed, all sales and leasing when the property opened, day to day operations of 2 office buildings and 1 retail building. I was in charge of all office management, clerical, banking, hiring of contractors for on-site construction. I was the company liason between the zoning and building departments. I was in charge of marketing, public relations and all special event planning. I represented the company in networking organizations such as the local Chamber of Commerce...I was a member & ambassador....I was also a member of BNI (Business Network International), The Union Centre Blvd. Merchants' Assoc., & President & founder of W.I.N. Women's Idea Network, LLC....

How would you describe your time at CMC Properties?
I began as a receptionist at the corporate office. Within 6 months I became executive assistant to the company owners. Within the next year, I became an assistant property manager & within 6 more months, I took over a new property as the Main Property Manager. My strong work ethic & tenancity propelled me to move up the ladde quickly. I leased 2 buildings, the moved ahead to another new property and continue to fill buildings. I began opening all new commercial properties for CMC & continued to be a top producer in leasing. I was also in charge of public relations and planned all special events and grand opening events at these properties. Tenant interaction and retention were my specialties....
