As an Associate Producer for A&E's new music and film show Private Sessions, I have been able to learn about every aspect of television production and grow as a writer, story teller, format editor and online marketing guru. Private Sessions has allowed me to be creative and has given me many opportunities to work with different departments and people from different stages in their professional career. Tasks include overseeing editing and formatting each week to assure quality programming and timely delivery, producing a weekly roll-in segment in which friends/colleagues of A-List guests ask a surprise question, conceptualizing the design of and writing a weekly newsletter and trivia quiz for our website, supervising a grassroots marketing team and handling promoting our program on video/fan websites and blogs and acting as a liaison between our Public Relations and Interactive departments for all promotional efforts.... read more

In June 2007, I was asked to contribute to a Criss Angel Mind Freak Live event in Times Square to promote his season premiere - it was an unforgettable experience! I supported the producers will all pre-production tasks including cutting down episodes and creating packages to broadcast live on the internet as well as on our jumbo screen at the event and creating a 26 hour minute-by-minute rundown of the jumbo screen content and being responsible to revise it on site. In addition to episode content, we had promos, ads and special guest appearances that were broadcast on the jumbo screen and the timing of when each piece of footage aired was imperative. During 3 hours of the live event, the footage I was selecting for the jumbo screen was fed live to the NASDAQ and Reuters screens in Times Square. My dedication and committment to this event led to a company wide acknowledgement called a ???High Five???.... read more
