How would you describe your time at Zesco Products?
Multi-tasking is definitely a must when it comes to my job. At Zesco, I manage the pricing department. What exactly do I do? LOTS! We buy restaurant equipment and small wares from hundreds of different manufacturers. My job is to maintain and update all of our records to reflect those changes. This may include price increases or decreases, model changes, discontinued products, new products, and other general information. Most days, I help in other departments as well including customer service, purchasing, receptionists, and sometimes sales.
It all about team work!
One of the things I look forward to is our trade shows. This year I was fortunate enough to go to Las Vegas to the Pizza Expo. Let me tell you it is a lot of work, but also lots of fun. Meeting new people and building a relationship with new customers is definitely exciting. When I leave there I want to make sure that I have made a lasting impression on the people I have talked to. I them to look at my business card and see a face and not just some writing....
