I began as an account manager in the Houston office for a year before taking a position in the same capacity for the b2b group, also in the Houston office. This allowed me to swim between both departments of the company and provide clients with expanded capabilities...what we were doing in recruitment could also be leveraged to work with product group at Continental Airlines, Compaq Compter, etc. I was promoted to Client Director for the employment communications division and lead internal agency team and clients in a variety of marketing efforts (development of creative; focus groups; web design and promotion, etc.)...
