Create & execute sourcing activities to meet the hiring needs of marketing function across Microsoft's businesses. Identify, source and screen external passive & active candidates + cultivate external pipelines of high quality marketing talent from select employers identified by Central Sourcing Team leadership (i.e. Yahoo; Oracle /PeopleSoft / Siebel; eBay; Amazon.com; Expedia.com; IBM; Intel; etc.). Understand, articulate and sell Microsoft's culture and business initiatives. Work with internal Microsoft recruiters / clients to analyze and gain consensus on sourcing activities that will generate high quality candidates leads needed to meet hiring plans. Develop a network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities within the external marketplace for short and/or long term opportunities.
