How would you describe your time at New York Metro InfraGard?

InfraGard is program of the Federal Bureau of Investigation dedicated to promoting ongoing dialogue and timely communication between the private sector and the FBI concerning critical infrastructure protection issues. The FBI and InfraGard members are engaged in this cooperative undertaking in recognition that a public/private strategic partnership is of vital importance to our nations security. The New York Metro InfraGard Member Alliance (IMA) is incorporated under the laws of the State of New York as a not for profit corporation.

As Executive Vice President I have helped grow the non-profit IMA from a small group to the largest and most active national IMA. We have held monthly meetings since inception with the average attendance surpassing 100 people and reach several thousand security professionals with our monthly communications.



The FBI New York Field Office recognized the value of our IMA and the organization as a whole by assigning the first full time FBI Special Agent Coordinator to our local groups. In 2007 I was awarded a commendation by the FBI for "Exceptional Service in the Public Interest" signed by Director Robert S. Mueller III.
