What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?
My last interviewer asked me: "If I called up your boss, what would he/she say are your strengths and weaknesses? Start with weaknesses first."
Shyness would be my Achilles heel. Being shy can be seen as a disadvantage in advancing in business because, as a male, I am the one expected to take initiative and to exude a lot of high energy confidence. But the pragmatism of "Still waters run deep" applies. Shy people are deep thinkers.
As for my strengths, I consider myself to be a natural leader. I have this innate sense to help people and that's where I get the greatest satisfaction....
