* Administration of ten Aspect ACD systems supporting a Nationwide Enterprise Network of more than 12,000 users at 42 Federal Teleservice Centers. Utilize Aspect System Management Suite (Release 1.1/Version 3.1.0) to maintain and update users, call routing, and hardware.
* Support of real time and historical data reporting via Cisco WebView and Aspect Producer/Director applications and maintenance of the eWFM user database.
* Work independently and as a team member on large-scale projects and troubleshooting issues & outages with vendors, partners, and end users to ensure superb quality service.
* Developed and maintained a detailed inventory database of replacement components for approximately 576 Management Information workstations and 140 printers at all SSA Teleservice Center locations.
