A key team player in performing as Project Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst in the research, initiation, planning, development, implementation and maintenance of critical OCAS web and other information systems projects.
Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and meeting defined requirements, quality and budget.
Worked with Account Reps, Department Managers, OCAS staff, suppliers, representatives from Ontario public college community and other stakeholders to define business needs for projects.
Participated in planning, development and maintenance of OCAS project methodology, documentation, processes, standards, test methodology principles and change management.
Apart from Project Manager role held successfully other various roles, such as Business Analyst, Test Analyst/Coordinator, Release Manager, Technical Operational Support and acting IT Department Manager....

As a member of development team analyzed, designed, implemented, evaluated and maintained the computer-based Telephone Directory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Maintenance and Fault Reporting System for Telephone Infrastructure projects in Sarajevo area.
The projects were implemented on IBM mainframe platform, using PL/1 language, IMS database, CICS on-line system and VSAM files.
The projects also included Communicated with the users providing user manuals, training and support.
As a member of development team in Statistics Institute Demography and Education departments communicated program specifications to computer programmers.
