Oversaw content and layout projects to improve a website with annual activity of over 7 million page sessions and over 20 million page views. Improvements include:

- Simplified copy
- Reduced clutter
- Increased traffic and conversion
- Better layout consistency

Organized content and
navigation to set apart product categories, shorten clickstreams, and fix broken links. Edited and mocked up pages after reviewing:

- Visitor demographics
- WebTrends data
- Google Page rank
- Live usability studies
- Competitor websites
- W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines

Used text editors to debug and streamline CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, XML, and XSLT code. Coordinated in-house and 3rd-party programmers to implement projects on public, secure, and co-branded portals.
