What path did you take to your current career?
Always having in interest in employer/employee relationships, I returned to Miami University to earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource. I left a solid career in the tool rental business in order to work in retail where the hours were more flexible and would allow for an academic schedule. In addition, working at Home Depot allowed me to apply my academic knowledge to the work place. Currently, I am in transition and would like to further my knowledge and skills in Human Resource....
