How would you describe your time at Wachovia Bank (Internship)?
When I interned at Wachovia Bank, I was heading into my senior year of high school and was apart of a well established program thats known as The Academy of Finance(NAF). Through the academy I was able to network with the Financial Center Manager of one of the Wachovia branches and instantly formed a bond which allowed me to secure my placement at wachovia. While there I continued to demonstrate superb customer service; greeting and answering any questions the customers had regarding rates and promotions that were taking place. I also filled in for the Manager and carried out duties such as researching account information for customers, assisting customers with they're safe deposit boxes and ensuring all addendums were correctly filed....

I believe that through my years, my experience has continually increased, beginning with basic customer service skills, to now possessing distinctive customer service and being supervisor for a specific department within the store which I consistently ensured was well kept, stocked and maintained at all times....
