What's your ideal role within an organization?

Part of the time, I designed covers for several special inserts that were sent out with the Sunday edition of this daily newspaper; the rest of my time was spent designing and building black-and-white and color ads to be published in the paper. I admire Carol's artwork, because her style is one of the most original styles I've seen. She has the talent to convey a thought or feeling in a variety of ways, give it balance, contrast, and interest, and yet still make it unique, and her own.
