Increased market awareness and positioning of Nortel Unified Messaging solutions through the creation of marketing collateral, programs and activities.
Developed and distributed product collateral, press announcements, case studies, success stories and articles to Nortel channel partners, sales teams and end users.
Created market demand and increased sales through marketing programs and competitive displacement campaigns. (Nortel #1 is North America for voice mailboxes and systems shipped - InfoTrack, 8/07). Attended and provided product demonstrations all major conferences, tradeshows and events.
Met with analysts, consultants and press monthly to provide updates on the direction of Nortel's Unified messaging product portfolio.
