Manage all information technology aspects for a medical continuing education and consulting corporation. Interface with and direct third party service vendors. Advise managing partners on leveraging existing technology assets for new client projects; identify and recommend new technology acquisitions (hardware and software) to increase office efficiency and productivity. Design and implement a customizable database solution in FileMaker Pro to handle processing evaluation data from multiple client meetings; present statistical reports to clients and in-house staff; and generate printable continuing education certificates for multiple accrediting bodies. Redesign and maintain corporate Web sites to generate excitement and interest in company???s products and services. Support all office users??? hardware, software, and technology training needs. Audited client legacy data files for evidence (or lack thereof) of confirmed opt-in entries for future e-mail communications.

??? CREATED the ???White Hat of the Month??? program???at the time, unique in the industry???that highlighted individuals and organizations involved in consumer-friendly marketing efforts.
