How would you describe your time at zaaz?

I am responsible for living by and evangelizing the ZAAZ values and vision, and being passionate about the interactive/web space with a strong desire to grow with the company. Responsible for establishing and implementing recruiting strategies and tactics for short-term and long term hiring projections for all offices.

Manage recruiting process including: effective advertising, sourcing, conducting phone screens/interviews, manage candidates/resumes in our tracking system, manage the feedback/decision process, and extending/closing employment offers. Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers by determining group needs and position qualifications to better understand departmental needs and preferences. Assist in recruitment-training program for managers and interviewers
Spearhead ad placement in newspapers, ZAAZ website and external job boards/blogs/forums and network via social and business networking sites. Implement formal internship at ZAAZ....
