I further realized that, although the customer is a vital part of the success of the business, the "happiness" of the employee is the cornerstone of the total success. Employees that want to come to work and to do their best gives the customer a reason to drive a bit further to shop in an atmosphere that is friendly - not "dead" or rushed. Loyola University Chicago provided me with the tools that I would need, not only for business, for life - social, spiritual, and professional. Community was stressed very well at Loyola.
