* My skills include: creating business and program strategies, project scoping, planning, delivery: current work related to rapid development programs to large Microsoft clients worldwide for Office Communications Server.
*I have spent 3 years as a lead on various incubation projects within Microsoft including PlayTable (now Surface.com) and other "start-up" teams pitching new software ideas to upper management.
* I have 6+ years' experience managing external vendor, partner, and client relationships for Microsoft. Includes customer service experiences directly helping customer deploy products for Office Live Meeting and Communications Server as well as customer service for the MSN Photos website using Passport technology and improving the website shopping experience.
* I am a driven project manager, effective team leader with experience recruiting, hiring, developing and managing teams within Microsoft.
* I am a polished public speaker who has spoken to groups from 5 senior managers at Microsoft to groups of 500+ Microsoft Women's Conference attendees....
