Key responsibilities include :
Responding promptly and efficiently to the client
Producing quotations and placing cover for the clients,
Informing clients on cover available and correct levels for their requirements, negotiating renewals, considering alternative markets, enhancing cover and
cross selling where possible to maximise the client account.
Offering and carrying out renewal visits to clients where appropriate.
Dealing with all aspects of clients' queries
Liasing with international AON network
Liasing with other offices and units when required.
Making translation when required
Writing meeting report in both languages (English and French)
