How would you describe your time at SYNC WIRELESS?
I never fully understood what real customer service was until I worked here. Not only is this a very competitive job with activating phone lines and selling accessories, handling customer complaints and issues was one of our biggest tasks. I started out with sales, but was eventually promoted to store management of a minimum of 6 staff members where I suffuciently ran the store. I kept up the sales goals, oversaw my staff, and made sure that our customers were satisfied!...

How would you describe your time at Macy's West?
Our biggest goal at Macy's was customer servicing, and keeping up with our sales and opening credit accounts. I worked in the Lingerie department so I did a lot of go-backs, which is putting clothes back on clothes hangers and returning them to the floor.

I waited on tables, and served food. I did Customer servicing, and kept the restaurant clean. We bussed our own tables and even prepared some food for the chef's.

How would you describe your time at california state university...?
I have enjoyed all my courses in Social Work. This university has prepared me for my career and I hope that the education I obtained, my community service work and my actions in the Social Work Association Club will prepare me for obtaining my masters degree and sufficeintly guide me with my future clients....

How would you describe your time at buchanan high school?
I was very involved with the Asian Club as Vice president and then President my senior year. The curriculum learned at this highschool was above average and prepared me for college.
