1. free food - we have a rack of food as well as a refrigerator that is constantly stocked with food and beverages which are free to employees 2. paid medical 3. ability to telecommute 4. location, location, location 5. you, more or less, review and supervise yourself

What are five lesser-known perks at
Ford Motor Company?
1. Paid Tuition/University Partnerships - Very useful
2. Health Insurance from day one
3. Seeing the concept cars before anyone else
4. Ability to work a flex schedule.
5. Brand recognition. I've never met anyone that didn't know what Ford Motor Company was, that's powerful.
All in all, its a great "big company" experience, there's a lot to being in a 100+ year old company that words can't even describe...
