Firstly, the client is always right (even if you don't fully agree with them!). Secondly, contracts/agreements/written agreements are a must BEFORE you start working on any project! Lastly, up-front payments/deposits of at least half of what you think the final price of a project is going to be is a must. I learned that you can never know too much about anything. Especially in the medical profession. Things are changing constantly. OSHA rules and regulations, test requirements and collection. Working for any hospital or clinic your always learning on a daily basis.

I learned a lot about how to run a successful business from top to bottom. I also learned that I really enjoy selling. I also did lean a lot about construction of not just pools but home also. I learned that no matter what I do I need to really believe in what I am selling and or representing.
