What are the most challenging aspects of your job at US ARMY?

The most challenging aspect of my job was getting up at 5:45 every morning for physical training. Once I adapted to that then everything was pretty okay. I got into the groove of my job and learned to love everything about it.

Some of the most challenging aspects of my job in the ARMY was the attention to detail that was required for everything you do. Because the risk for injury is so high, everything you do must be carefully rehearsed over and over again until it is perfect.

In an ever changing environment, trying to understand what your supervisor's supervisor intent is.

Learning to disseminate information to the lowest level, so each person knows what is expected of them and feels that are playing a key role in tasks.

Learning my weaknesses and addressing
them in a positive manner.

Getting a phone call in the middle of the night and having to react effectively.

Being able to stay calm and unfazed by the several difficult tasks that the Army asks us to do no matter what part of the country we are asked to do it in.

THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF THE JOB AS A MILITARY POLICE OFFICER WOULD HAVE TO BE, BEING ABLE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE AT THERE LOWEST AND HELP THEM THROUGH A SITUATION THEY DONT THINK THEY CAN GET OUT OF. What isn't challenging in the Army? I would have to say keeping 95% of our vehicles FMC, or Fully Mission Capable, over the course of 2 seperate years in Iraq.
