President; processed mass mailings; ordered office supplies through Ariba procurement software; tracked HR Business Partner's and field VP/GM's birthdays and years of service anniversaries and sent greeting cards to recognize the occasions; key member of Employees' Activity Committee, planned events that improved morale and created camaraderie among all ADP associates in the Parsippany location who worked for various ADP divisions. In this job position I provided administrative support for the Major Accounts Div. Field COO and the VP Controller. The COO traveled nationally about 85% of his time visiting his direct reports; therefore, my number one priority was arranging travel (air, hotel and car service), creating detailed itineraries and processing expense reports for the executive. Under the direction of the VP Controller, I compiled a summary of monthly statistics and distributed the reports to VP/General Managers throughout the US. A few special projects I accomplished were revamping an entire filing system for a Corp. VP of HR, and issuing and delivering awards to associates who submitted suggestions that saved the company money or improved the quality of service to our clients....

I manufactured outdoor wood boilers,from cutting parts,tacking, welding pressure testing ,assembling and final paint .Development of new products from drawing board to product introduction on the internet. Handling of all material . direct contact with all sub-contracted work vendors.

My job duties as a Data Entry Operator included the following: Data Entry into Gang Tracker Database. Maintained records in Gang Tracker Database. Entered, updated, modified, and/or researched database information. Reviewed hold cards. Answered divisional telephones. In charge of divisional mail run and distribution of mail. Collected divisional checks and distributed to divisional personnel on pay day. In charge of HIDTA Stats, compiled and edited HIDTA Stat Monthly and Yearly report. Researched supsects for Gang Officers and other divisions as well as other agencies using Gang Tracker or HPD OLO System. Worked closely with Intelligence Analyst and supervisors assigned to Gang Division on gang projects and monthly reports. Worked with the developer of the GangTracker database to accurately document gang members through Criteria, photos, suspect information, etc....
