Claims Representatives (CR) receive telephone calls from policyholders and claimants regarding accidents. Verify accident facts and determine policy coverage. review and settle undisputed non-injury claims by telephone. Other responsibilities include receiving and handling inquiries from our policyholders, claimants, and repair shops to ensure rapid and fair claims handling.Received broad insurance training which prepares me to give the quality service our policyholders have come to expect. Excellent customer service skills and good communications skills are required for this position. A positive attitude is a must. Personal computer skills are also required for this position....
