I helped set up user accounts, printers, and installed software for users at a small satellite site
I diagnosed OEM factory returns to find the root cause of the defect using 5 why methodology.
I administered all of the facility's controlled documents.

How would you describe what you did at caterpillar?

Design, model, and detail various areas of Large Mining machines. I have done hydraulics routings, structural and light fabrications design. Having a welding and manufacturing background I am also able to mentor new engineers on their design as to manufacturability.

I worked in the Non-Destructive Evaluation group doing anything that needed to be done. Conducted NDE on a variety of components and made reports on each.
