The ability to meet my targets

When I am given deadlines at the last second.

Learning that I might not always have the best idea for how to improve my area. Sometimes it is okay to ask for a little outside help from others and get feedback on what they think. It is also challenging when you are being told one thing by your boss and another manager and then the exact opposite happens and I have to quickly switch gears in order not to fall behind....

Time restraints and non productive individuals.

Sometimes getting a husband and wife on the same page. I will have them first focus on their essential needs, what the cost is to meet those needs and build from there.

Finding the right home that fulfills a couples needs, most of their wants, within their financial parameters.
