Successful completion of tasks assigned in a timely fashion.

I think the most rewarding aspect of a job is going above and beyond to complete a project efficiently and in a timely manor. Nothing can compare to the feeling of accomplishment after completing a project, especially if it affects the company and your co-workers in a positive and meaningful way. In a broader sense, doing well at my job motivates me to continue to do so, as well as to improve myself even more in the future....

Creating something that will bring somebody a few moments of happiness or escape from their otherwise dreary lives.

Not currently employed but nothing felt better than getting through a 3-4 month project (and the challenges that go with it) and give the customer the exact product that they want.
