I get to work with employees. I get great satisfaction from being able to assist them. I enjoy my job because every day is different. You really don't know what to expect. Undertaking challenges and being able to resolve them gives me a great feeling of accomplishment. I also enjoy setting up or helping in employees' activities such as employee picnics, Christmas parties, employee lunches and the events....
