When I was trying to make the shift from an analytical role to a creative one, it took some convincing. I do some interior design work on the side so I brought in all my creative design stuff to prove I had it in me. I had pictures sprauled around the room, I was up and animated, I sold myslef very well....

I've never honestly had a good or a bad interview experience. I'm completely honest, and that turns some interviewers off, and others love it.

I get nervous in interviews, but I would say my best interview was when I was being applied for an office job at Kaskaskia College in the Deans Office working as a student worker. They were very laid back and a bunch of funny girls. I worked there through the summer in between semesters.
