Being an assistang general manager is a 24/7 job. Availability and no schedule restriction is the most important part that comes with the package. Customer service is a huge part of it and dealing with employees as well. Working well under pressure and computer knowledge are necessities for this position....

Be persistent in a job like this. Let your employers know that you want to learn new skills, so you can try some of the more hands-on tasks such as veterinary technician work.

Be time efficient, organized, on time, willing to listen to others, hardworking, and dedicated to the task at hand.

I advice him to be organised all the time. He should be at the center of the information flow. He should make the people report him.

TRY HARD AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T THEN YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYWHERE.YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AND WORK AS HARD AS YOU CAN.
