While at Storage Dimensions I was VP of Engineering. The operations group was in a shambles due to an incompetent executive. I took over the group at a time when the acceptable quality levels were around 60% and on-time delivery was around 60%. In addition, inventories were clogged with excess and obsolete materials. I changed the department from build-to-stock to build-to-order, went to daily MRP instead of monthly, revamped change management - in 90-days we were at 99& AQL and 99% on-time delivery. Once I was working with Criminal Insane patients from the state and this patient was hand cuffed with a ball and chain on his feet and his hands, his guard left alone for a few minutes and during those few minutes he got very violent with one of my co workers by choking her and I had to step in to help her.... read more

I haven't solved it yet. I have a friend/client that wants a tattoo and asked me to come up with something but he has no idea what he really wants. He also doesn't have much free time to sit with me and plan so it's been a bumpy ride. He currently has my latest solution in his hands and I'm awaiting his decision.... read more
