What's the toughest problem you've had to solve?Once I was working with Criminal Insane patients from the state and this patient was hand cuffed with a ball and chain on his feet and his hands, his guard left alone for a few minutes and during those few minutes he got very violent with one of my co workers by choking her and I had to step in ...
