I have never really held a position where I went on a business trip specifically, but was sent to Los Angeles for a three-day workshop to learn Flash. That went well, actually, since, by the end, I was helping the teacher explain things to those who were struggling... (The teacher and I were an awesome team! LOL!)...

My best business trip experience was taking a customer to the West Coast for an entire week and getting to know him better as a person, and having him get to know me better as the person I am. We became friends, not just customer and salesman.
