Since I like helping people and receive the most satisfaction from this process, I would say that my best achievement at UB was providing assistance to hundreds of students and their families with financial difficulties to fulfill their dreams to continue their college education. This was accomplished through compassion and various payment plans and financial aid on a case by case basis with an emphasis on the realities of the cost and affordability of college. In the end everyone wins....

What's one of the projects you worked on at
Meridian Bank?
I was in charge of many projects at the bank on top of my main duties of supervision and management of the documentation and servicing area. I put together an audit system, tracking system for new and annual items needed, budgeting for the department and wrote the policies and procedures and developed new documentation when needed....

What's one of the projects you worked on at
Batchelor Supply?
My biggest project was creating a MSDS catalog for all of the products in the warehouse and creating a duplicate to be placed in the fire box outside for the fire department. It had never been done completely and many of the items had no MSDS. I addition, it had to be updated as new products were brought in....
