My most memorable summer job would be when I volunteered at a local elementary school as an class assistant for gifted and exceptional children. I helped in an art class with children of a variety of ages. It was very rewarding.

Assistant Manager for Interstate Brands Corporation, running a local bakery thrift store.

The internsip I did with the Cook County Republican Party. I assisted with preparing documentation for a complaint that went before the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Working for a roofing company

Painting deep sea geological maps for Mobile Oil. I could put in as many hours as I wanted in a small office where I could listen to my radio and think of nothing but using the right color for the right depth and staying within the lines. It was the most peaceful and tranquil job I ever had. These maps were huge, 8' x 6' and took months to completly color. It was a tremendous achievement to complete one! All for $2.00 per hour....
