What is your greatest weakness?

My greatest weakness is that I love to schmooze and I love to chat with people! There are companies who frown on people like me becuase we are "out there" personalities however I am confident in who I am and what I can do, so I am proud of the way I am!

What whould I do if I discovered fraud in a file. Answer-I would triple check my documents and information and receive a second opinion from management before acting on it.

I'm pretty sure it was about relocating for a job and I simply stated that it depended on the job and area.

How do you handle a violent situation whether it be a client or co-worker? I suggested that first we calm down and take a break. Next all involved should write down the problems or issues. Than ask ourselves is there any compromise that we would be willing to work at. Write down these also as a foundation to be discussed. Than coming together to discuss these in a calm, understanding and professional manner. With a client I always put myself in their situation as they have face opposition most of their lives. With co-workers if they cannot agree than it is time to bring in a supervisor or non-partial worker to help in ironing out the conflict.... read more

If a patient were to yell at you demanding something that I could not acomidate, how would I handle the situation?
I said I would try to calm the patient down and go and get my supervisor.
