"Why do you only last at your positions for no more than 2 years" my answer was truthful I changed jobs according to my situation at the time. I had job offers that fit my finacial situation and I did what I thought was the right thing to do for myelf and for my family. What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

They asked me if I knew how to process payroll through ADP. I responded by telling them I know the beginning phase which included gathering time clock information (punches) and correcting any discrepancies. I don't know how to put the employees' times in batches and how to submit payroll.

how do you deal with people who dont do their job, how do you react to them. I responded saying I would speak to them directly and if no response I would then take it up with management
