I would have went straight for my RN degree. I wouldn't have gotten married at a young age.

I am in that position right now. I have worked for 14 years and am now returning to college and trying to get back to work. It is difficult when you are gone for a few years. Employers tend to pass you by due to that time gap. But what a loss for them! I feel I have even more to offer now, than I did 5 years ago....

The only thing that I would do different is have more jobs because each job brings me different experiences and different opportunities to meet new people.

I wouldn't time my college-to-working-life transition to coincide with the first dot-com bust. That kind of made things difficult. I'm still correcting for it, I think.

I would definately continue my education. The more education and training that you have the more valuable you are to a potential employer.
