The most challenging aspects in my current role is overcoming disgruntled clients and turning a problem into a solution that drives revenue. I am successful in doing this by "solution selling".

You have to have a solid background in consulting and solution selling to get hired for my current position. Also, you need to have solid credentials and successful track record meeting goals, quota(s), Etc.

How would you describe what you did at AT&T?

13 years with SBC (acquisition by AT&T), I was moved into a technical position and slowly lost the competitive fire and personal fulfillment that had so motivated and energized my prior performance. The good news, though, is that I now have an advanced academic degree, an extensive technical background and significant transferable skills around business/quantitative analysis, needs assessment, solution development and the client engagement process--invaluable assets in a Sale Associate or Sale Team Leader role.... read more
