There was always the pressure to perform to meet deadlines because of time limitations. But, this has helped me stay focused on the goals and deliver value. The 12 week internship deadline becomes extremely challenging to learn about an industry and make recommendations. I worked on a project to improve the economics of the back office processing of the merchant servicing team.
Innovated opportunities to increase online services (Web) usage by merchants to increase revenue by ~$1.2M.
Partnered with subject matter experts in Marketing, Operations, Sales and

Served as liaison between business and technology
teams. Developed business strategy to enhance the
existing Government Card products and successful bids
for card (T&E, Purchasing and Fleet) and travel
contracts.

- Collaborated with senior management, account
development, service

coordinate responses to the Government Card,
Purchasing Card, Fleet Card and Travel contract bids.
- Worked with a third party vendor (Wright Express) to
define a co-brand product offer to support Fleet Card
bid requirements.
