I am having a great learing experince in deloitte.

My first job. Worked my way up to audit manager in a relatively rapid time. I developed the audit strategy and executed it with a team & the mentorship of the senior partner. This meant analysing the business operations, systems, controls, policies, practices, culture against the backdrop of the industry and macro-trends, interpreting and analysing the numbers presented in the accounts and ensuring the fair representation of those numbers in terms of generally accepted accounting practices and disclosure practices.

It was also my grounding in finding ways to deliver business value to clients over and above the statutory audit. Looking for ways that my fresh pair of eyes could bring innovative perspectives to the client's business....
