* Created and analyzed the capacity plans for 5 surface mount lines that produced upwards of $10M+ of pc boards per month.
* Led the Planning team in assessing risk associated with each product line which allowed me to adjust commit dates to the customer and MPS and adjust revenue projections.
* Championed daily production meeting that fostered communication between production, operations, manufacturing, engineering, product line managers, and planning about current WIP.
* Tracked inefficiency metrics that showed need for additional preliminary work to occur, prior to building product in SMT.
Drove additional metrics which shed light on build plan progress vs. forecast (FOL) during the weekly Revenue and Inventory meeting.
