As IS Project Manager at Home Depot's Austin Technology Center, I am actively involved in the project management of midsized and large IT projects in a highly matrixed environment. The projects being managed are focused primarily, but not necessarily exclusively, on UNIX and Windows Infrastructure.

How would you describe what you did at Home Depot?

At Home Depot I am responsible for the overall performance of our cashiers and lot associates. I monitor the cashier's individual performance report and coach them on area that need improvement. I come up with pks that let the cashiers get a better grasp of what is expected of them and how they can improve themselves. I train new Head Cashiers. I am also responsible for making sure the customer has a great experience at our store.... read more
