The most challenging aspect of this job was to keep up with the monthly quotas. This particular store did not receive as much business as the other stores in the area so we had to work twice as hard to keep up.
I did a ton of advertising. Sometimes I was able to be creative and build displays for contests and to promote the product of the month. It was competitive and goal oriented.
After my interview with the manager, he said that I seemed very outgoing and professional but that the main reason he hired me was because I gave him full eye contact the entire interview.
